As the Operations Coordinator Freight you will be responsible for providing a high level of business support, coordination and assistance to the relevant executive management team to ensure key business objectives are met. This may include, but is not limited to assistance with key projects and initiatives. May coordinate and supervise the day to day activities of staff to ensure the accurate safe and efficient processing of activities in accordance with Aviation, Government and Company standards and procedures.

You'll have
- Experience analysing, reviewing and implementing efficient administrative processes
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Sound customer service philosophy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility and willingness to work a rotating shift roster
- Knowledge of Freight Operations, process, procedures, and systems
- Demonstrated leadership skills with an ability to develop staff and people management skills at supervisory level
- Computer proficiency on Word, Excel, PowerPoint
