The role will primarily focus on marketing and communications, providing a strong connection for customers with the Brilliant SA brand and the scope of services offered.

**What you will be doing and will be responsible for**:
Reporting to the CEO, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the management of the brand identity and communications to engage and connect customers with Brilliant SA. The successful applicant will develop and implement the marketing activities and brand content to drive business growth and strengthen the existing brand persona and market visibility. The position will be responsible for generating new business leads through powerful content and messaging, whilst shaping the customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage photography and videography across projects to gather marketing material for print and digital channels.
- Uploading content on website, maintain Jotforms and SEO/SEM metrics to drive traffic.
- Uploading content on social channels, maintain profiles and build organic content.
- Drive Lead generation through monitoring lead and sales data regularly across all channels including SEO and SEM activity with external consultants.
- Build a positive customer journey and experience through further developing engagement processes and ways to gather feedback e.g. client testimonials.
- Assist in preparing for and coordinating the relocation of business to new premises. Manage tasks and provide direction in the marketing assets and signage which are to be consistent with the Brilliant SA brand image.
- Coordinate and manage all in-house business events from concept to completion, and post event debrief.
- Build and develop relationships with suppliers and consultants e.g., marketing consultant, website developers, SEO & SEM consultant.

You will also have:

- Relevant qualification in marketing or related field and proficient in the key responsibilities listed above.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing and communications (in a similar role).
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in general digital filing, document control and creating processes and templates.
- Proficiency with using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency using databases.
- Experience managing Websites and Jotforms.
- Experience in adding content across social channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram).
- Strong time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A can-do attitude and results focused.
- Professional and engaging personality.
