Interim Marketing Manager

**(contract/part-time/flexible)**:
Shopper Intelligence ANZ is a B2B brand in the retail space, providing leading shopper insights to both retailers and consumer brands, so they can work better together to deliver for shoppers and grow sales.
We’re looking for a “marketing all-rounder” to plan, deliver, analyse and optimise content-led campaigns that will drive growth for the business. Two days a week, for minimum three months maternity cover.
We’re keen to find a motivated self-starter with their own ideas, who’s aligned with our core values of excellence, trust, and agility. We’re a small business that offers flexible working, and our team works across our workspaces in Frenchs Forest (Sydney), Melbourne and New Zealand.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and implement marketing activities, working closely with client service and sales to create demand for the Shopper Intelligence brand and product in line with the business strategy
- Accelerate sales pipeline by creating and executing targeted lead generation campaigns (acquisition and growth)
- Collaborate with the business development and client service teams on go-to-market planning and activities
- Manage media partnerships and coordinate media/events calendar
- Create local content while maintaining alignment with the global brand, messaging & strategy
**Ideally you will have**:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing or demand/lead generation
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to effectively communicate and align with all areas of the business, from operations, to product, to client service and sales
- Experience using Canva or similar to create images/infographics
