Based north of the Hobart CBD, this role sits within a well-known Tasmanian organisation. Due to retirement, there has become a need for support in the Finance team, and this role will report directly to the Finance Manager. This is a chance to contribute to the team, train other staff, and be part of a larger organisation.

**Your new role**

Accounts are your passion Working with a small team, you’ll be responsible for completing all aspects of Accounts Payable, including raising invoices for debtors and paying invoices to suppliers. Experience in Tech1 / Finance1 would be beneficial, so you can hit the ground running This is an opportunity to step into an established role and organisation, that provides additional outstanding benefits to its employees.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You’ll have demonstrated experience as an Accounts Payable Officer or similar, along with:

- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work within deadlines
- High level of attention to detail
- Good understanding of financial and accounting concepts and procedures
- Strong skills and knowledge of Tech1 / Finance1
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with all stakeholders in an appropriate, respectful, and professional manner
