About the role

We are seeking a Finance Officer to join our team on a part-time permanent basis. The role will support our Tasmanian Real Estate Finance Team with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and general finance tasks

With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary and supported to learn and grow your career.

**Responsibilities**:
As a key member of the team, you will enjoy a varied day including:

- Customer invoicing
- Debtor management
- Contract management
- Trust account reconciliation
- Back up to Accounts Payable
- Other finance related tasks as required

About you

To succeed at Elders, you will have:

- Previous experience in a similar finance position
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software and experience with financial accounting systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Organisational and time management skills
- A proven ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information
- A can-do attitute
