**Position Overview**:
As the Health and Welfare Centre Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our health and welfare centre. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring quality care delivery, and maintaining compliance with regulations and standards. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance services and improve outcomes for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a team of allied health professionals, including nurses, support staff, and administrative personnel.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure efficient and effective centre operations.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and accreditation requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote a holistic health and welfare services approach.
- Manage budgets, resources, and facilities to optimise service delivery and financial sustainability.
- Foster a positive work culture that values teamwork, professional development, and continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in social science
- Counselling degree.
- Diploma of business Administration and leadership
- Proven experience in health and welfare management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of disability and aged care regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to excellence, integrity, and compassionate care.
- Strong communication skills in English, Arabic and Swedish to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $96,007.35 - $181,550.78 per year
