**We are currently looking for an efficient and proactive Admin/Marketing & Sales Assistant to join our team. We are open to a part time or full time position.**
**Reporting to the Marketing & Sales Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for**:
- Providing front office reception services, meeting and greeting clients, scheduling appointments
- Answering phones, handling general enquiries and explaining the process of what we do to sales leads
- Assisting in the development and distribution of marketing and promotional material
- Utilising social media platforms to garner customer interest and create brand awareness.
- Marketing collateral creation, using InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator
- Ensuring meetings rooms, boardroom and kitchen areas are always properly presented and maintained.
- Order and monitor stationary requirements for the business.
- Update directories, such as telephone directory, leave registers etc.
- Organise and coordinate all Prebuilt functions
- Other general administrative tasks as required by the Leadership team
**To be considered for this role, you should have**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to create relationships with clients and team members
- Marketing experience - marketing degree/ certification will be highly regarded
- Strong administrative and data entry skills
- Ability to prioritise, plan and organize work
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
