Our Client is a

**new digital bank,** we are seeking
**5x Customer Service Representatives** to join this growing business.

Everyday will be different Don't miss out on this varied role giving you the opportunity to develop your skills, pivoting from task to task responding to inbound
**calls**,
**instant chat messages.**

**This is NOT a high volume call centre role, but instead is focused on the quality and innovation of client service within a DIGITAL BANK.**
- **Hybrid working from home (after training period)**:

- **Shifts between 8am - 8pm | Monday - Saturday** (Working 1-2 Saturdays per month)
- **Must be available to start within the next 4 weeks**

**To be considered for this opportunity, you MUST have**:

- Exceptional communication skills & a client focused approach
- Previous experience from Customer Service, Call Centre, Retail or Hospitality will be highly regarded
- Open to all backgrounds of ambitious professionals
- Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong time management and organisation skills, and the ability to work to deadlines
- A superstar attitude with plans to grow your career long term
