Our Supply Chain Administrator (SCA) position is currently a part-time position based out of our Sydney office (Pymble), perfect for a Supply Chain Administrator seeking to work 3 full days per week. Some opportunity for remote work may be available. This position is eligible to earn an annual bonus and pays a competitive hourly wage. Reporting to the Senior Finance and Operations Manager, our Supply Chain Administrator will enjoy a flexible work environment with the opportunity to learn the supply chain side of the business within a growing organization.
**What You’ll Accomplish**
Our SCA will be responsible for executing orders for all Wellness Pet ANZ customers. Working collaboratively with our internal sales and product supply team, our SCA will deliver sales support to delight our customers. In addition, you will:
- Ensure weekly orders from customers are processed accurately and efficiently
- Create open communication channels with distribution, transport, and inventory teams
- Assisting with claims investigation and processing customer credits
- Working with the wider Supply Chain team ensuring the highest levels of service are achieved and business objectives are met
- Managing daily customer enquiries including problem-solving for supply and delivery issues Maintain proper record keeping of all transactions for auditing purposes.
- Liaise with our transport company and customs broker ensuring all import documentation is ready for the smooth inbound of containers
- Prepare weekly business intelligence reports and Key Performance Indicator dashboards such as Inventory Health, Inbound Schedule, and other metrics
- Participate and contribute to sales and operations related projects
**What we are looking for**
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a customer service or order fulfillment role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a personable and polite manner
- Experience in a customer-oriented environment (FMCG advantageous)
- A high level of data accuracy
- Progressive experience working within an ERP system
- Strong Microsoft Office skills using basic to intermediate functions
- Flexibility to occasionally participate in evening or morning calls to communicate with teams outside of Australia
