With consecutive year on year growth and a commitment ot invensting in their supply chain operations they are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead their supply chain of the future.

**The role **will report to the COO directly and will lead a team of 4 people across Supply Chain Planning & S&OP, Logistics (own and 3PL), Order Management and Procurement/Strategic Sourcing. The focus of the role will be to create new processes and frameworks to effectively manage inventory, have better forecasting, planning, data and insights capabilities, identify cost saving opportunities and reduce risk across the supply chain, and other continuous improvement initiatives to deliver an effective, efficient and customer focused supply chain. The role will work closely with stakeholders across all levels nationally, and a global supplier base.

**We are looking for **an experienced end-to-end supply chain manager who comes from an industrial background preferably with exposure to manufacturing and/or imported, complex and high volume of SKUs. You will have an impressive track-record of building and running optimised supply chains and have the ability to lead people through change and transformation, and build capability and a high performance culture with your team. To be successful in this role you have to enjoy being in a hands-on operational role, able to build strong working relationships with people and be able to think outside the square, challenge the status-quo and deliver workable solutions to deliver an effective, efficient, and scalable supply chain.
