Purpose of the Role
- Generate POs in a timely manner as requested by external or internal stakeholders
- On time and accurate processing of Distributors weekly payments
- Process invoices and “workflow” invoices relevant to the materials planning team and supply chain
- Contract Administration - end to end processing of contracts
- Providing general administrative support to the supply chain team as required

About You
- 1-2 years of relevant administration experience (within FMCG - food preferable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP desirable)
- Passion and keen interest in the Supply Chain function
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
