About the Role
Provide quality customer focused rostering and workforce management support services (including the planning, creation, and maintenance of rosters) to nurse unit/line managers to ensure optimum workforce deployment.
Pro-actively manage time and attendance records, liaising with staff and nurse unit/line managers to enable accurate scheduling activities and pay outcomes.
Provide strong support for nurse unit/line managers providing advice in relation to on-line rostering and workforce management transactions, escalating queries that cannot be resolved locally to Corporate Technology Services.
