**About the role

Permanent full time opportunity to lead teams that sit under the myHR Business Support Services to deliver operational and tactical advice and support to clients in alignment with the Metro North Health People and Culture vision and its underpinning strategies. Provide direction and leadership to the Roster Support Office, overseeing the tasks and responsibilities of the RSO Team Leaders and the Roster Support Officers within a client-focused multi-disciplinary environment.

Manage recruitment, orientation, training, and ongoing supervision of team members, using contemporary human resource management practices with particular reference to developing and enhancing staff competencies and experiences to support operational efficiency.
Monitor and oversee the workload of the Roster Support Office to ensure processing deadlines are continuously met.
Initiate, influence and maintain relationships with and between key internal and external stakeholders facilitating effective communication channels to ensure the successful delivery of workloads including feedback mechanisms and management of expectations.
