**About the role**

We are seeking a technically minded individual to join our Technical Customer Support Team based in Wacol.

In this busy and varied role you will be our technical 'expert' providing a strong customer focus. Providing reliable and accurate support and training for all products supplied by Palfinger. A key focus of your role will be to ensure that our premium brand remains highly regarded in terms of reliability and efficiency. In achieving this aim, you will manage product technical support via the telephone and in the field (travel required), identify and implement solutions for product enhancements and problem solve any technical issues.

**About you**

This is a great opportunity for a skilled Technician with an automotive electrical/hydraulic/mechanical background who is looking to further their career outside of the workshop and to work with innovative products with a leader in the industry.

To be successful in this position the following skills and experience are desired
- Trade Qualification
- Experience in auto electric and hydraulic diagrams
- Experience with diagnosing electrical & hydraulic faults
- Excellent diagnostic problem-solving skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- High level of customer service experience
- Passionate and focused on workplace Health & Safety
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to adapt to work requirements and prioritise workloads
