**Assistant Manager / Shift Supervisor - Cafe & Wellness Bar (Full-Time, Mon-Fri; 6AM to 3PM)**

You've led teams, taken ownership of busy shifts, and helped keep the wheels turning now you're ready to run the whole show. This is your opportunity to move into a full Store Manager role with clear systems, strong support, and room to grow.

At **Feedwell**, we're building something fresh literally. Our popular Pitt St store is home to fast, wholesome food, great coffee, and Australia's first **Wellness Bar** blending smoothies with benefits. We serve thousands of CBD workers weekly, and we're looking for a confident, organised, and hands-on leader to take ownership of the store and develop into a standout Store Manager.

**This is for you if you**:

- Are currently an **Assistant Manager, Shift Supervisor, or Team Leader** in a café, QSR, or hospitality venue
- Want to **step into full store responsibility** and gain real leadership experience
- Enjoy **leading from the front** assigning roles, giving direction, and keeping teams on track
- Are calm under pressure and take pride in a shift that runs smoothly, cleanly, and consistently
- Want a **stable, Monday to Friday role** with great hours and **(6am - 3pm)** no night or weekend work

**What you'll do**:

- Lead and organise a team of 68 across front-of-house, coffee station, Wellness Bar, cleaning, and restocking
- Set clear expectations and keep team members accountable during shifts
- Oversee stock levels, store presentation, and customer service flow
- Manage weekly rosters, stock ordering, and operational checklists
- Step into a bigger leadership role with mentoring from senior management

**What we're looking for**:

- Previous experience as an **Assistant Manager, Shift Supervisor or similar**:

- Demonstrated ability to **lead a team during service**:

- Strong organisational skills and a calm, hands-on style
- A **people-first mindset**, but with a sharp eye for standards and consistency
- **Permanent working rights** (Australian Citizen or PR this is a long-term role)
