We're on the lookout for a Cafe + Juice Bar Manager to bring fresh vibes and smooth operations to our on-site cafe and juice bar at Positive Energy Health + Fitness in Balgowlah, NSW.

This is a full-time gig for someone who's equal parts people-person, organiser, and smoothie lover. You'll be leading the daily flow of the cafe + juice bar, keeping the team buzzing, and making sure every customer walks away with a smile (and maybe a protein ball).

What you'll be doing

  • Running the show - staff schedules, stock levels, and the numbers that keep us growing
  • Creating an awesome customer experience that keeps people coming back for more
  • Teaming up with Positive Energy leadership to keep our cafe vibes aligned with our bigger brand vision
  • Hiring, training, and leading a crew of baristas + service staff to deliver next-level customer service
  • Making sure everything is safe, clean, and up to our high standards
  • Getting creative with new menu items, fun promos, and special events

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience managing a cafe, juice bar, or something equally fast-paced (bonus points if you've worked in health + fitness)
  • A natural leader who knows how to motivate and support a team
  • Organised, adaptable, and ready to juggle multiple things at once
  • Knowledge of cafe operations (inventory, staffing, reporting — all the behind-the-scenes magic)
  • Someone who's genuinely passionate about health, wellness, and creating positive vibes
