This is 12-month full time contract position.

Inspire and support our in-house design team to create ground-breaking products that resonate with our strategic vision. We are seeking a dynamic individual with exceptional organizational prowess and a keen eye for detail to drive our design and product development initiatives forward with precision and flair.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Immerse yourself in the world of design by analyzing tender/client briefs and providing invaluable support to our Design Team during key client interactions.
- Unleash your creativity as you work hand in hand with our Design Team to craft captivating sales materials and convey innovative concepts that captivate our customers.
- Stay ahead of industry trends as you delve into continuous research within your customers' sectors, ensuring that every design reflects the cutting-edge developments in the market.
- Infuse customer perspectives into every design project, tailoring each creation to perfectly suit its intended purpose.
- Master the art of time management by reviewing timelines, setting achievable milestones, and meticulously maintaining work in progress updates for all programs.
- Foster collaboration with key stakeholders throughout the design and product development journey, ensuring a cohesive and harmonious process.
- Be the guardian of quality by ensuring each design project is meticulously planned, with target pricing in place, while maximizing the integration of catalog products into the proposals.

**What we’re looking for**
- 1-2years experience in a Junior/Assistant Designer or Garment technician role.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Suite
- Excellent time & project management skills
- Ability to contribute and work as part of a team
- Self-development to improve performance - ensuring quality, innovation and continuous improvement
- Communicating well and working in partnership with others
- Adaptable; flexible in handling change.
- Initiative; ready to act on opportunities.
- Hands on, a quick learner with great attitude
