**About the Role**
The role supports and monitors the efficient and effective implementation of management systems, delivery of KPIs, reporting expectations, training content and contractor compliance.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Supporting the SHEQ team to ensure project readiness for external audits and action tracking to ensure compliance with Ventia requirements, and certifications / accreditations are maintained
- Conducting desktop VOC’s, reviewing plant risk assessments and maintaining contractor records
- Assist with employee / contractor onboarding and inductions
- Provide support with incident reporting, investigations and delivering toolbox talks
- Preparing and delivering SHEQ reports, communications, safety alerts
- Conduct site-based inspections and checks of contractor training, competency and licencing

**About You**
Your personal drive and commitment to Enterprise Excellence will see you succeed in this role. You must be able to demonstrate your experience as an administrator or coordinator in safety or compliance preferably within Telco / Infrastructure or Construction industries.
- Tertiary qualification in WHS
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment (preferable)
- Knowledge of SHEQ legislation, regulatory requirements and ISO standards within a construction / infrastructure project environment (desirable)
- Ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships
- Strong planning and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Confidence to implement and foster a collaborative workplace culture
- Develop and execute strategies to ensure compliance, minimise risk and drive continuous improvement
- Experienced in contractor management
