We are currently seeking a passionate Quality Coordinator to join our leadership team at our **Moran Kellyville home**.

**About the Role**

The Quality Coordinator and Educator is responsible for leading the planning and coordination of the Quality Improvement Program at our Moran Kellyville home. As a quality coordinator, you will analyse data, review policies, and suggest process improvements. You will be reporting and train employees on expectations of quality goals

**About the Role**
- Key member of the Moran Home's leadership team
- Maintain Quality System that is compliant with Aged Care Standards
- Autonomous role implementing and maintaining quality systems in the Moran Home
- Coordinate all matters relating to Aged Care Quality Standards and Accreditation
- Identify trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system
- Design, organise and facilitate business analysis and change activity with staff at all levels, developing a strong understanding of current and future requirements and the change required to meet future outcomes
- Document and monitor business processes, business rules, metrics and standard operating procedures as a result of improvement initiatives
- Keep up to date with current industry trends regards quality matters to ensure our approach is contemporary
- Support delivery of education
- Engage with all residents, employees and stakeholders and demonstrate a commitment to improving care and services
- Lead the complaints management function on behalf of the GM assuming an advocacy role as required in issues relating to stakeholders.

**About You**
- Registered Nurse with relevant registration and experience, or equivalent Health Care qualifications or appropriate Aged Care/business experience (not less than 3 years)
- Experience in aged care and accreditation, and preferably other quality management systems
- Solution driven by nature with a constant focus on continuous improvement
- Passionate about Quality and committed to continuous improvement
- Strong computer literacy and systems knowledge
- Well-developed clinical knowledge
- A ‘Can Do’ Attitude with a Customer Service Focus
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must have valid working visa
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Influenza and COVID-19 vaccination including booster
