We are a well-established company in the plastering industry looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily site operations and plastering works
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, and project managers
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
- Monitor work progress and manage site schedules
- Report site updates and resolve on-site issues efficiently

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in plastering or construction site supervision
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Familiar with safety procedures and site regulations
- Able to work independently and manage a team

Pay: $73,038.32 - $148,105.36 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
