**BaptistCare Gracewood Centre in Kellyville** is looking for an **Admin Officer/Coordinator**. Be part of a dedicated team, supporting one another to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the residents. Your organisational skills will contribute to the efficiency delivery of administrative functions across aged care services.
The role requires you to work on** permanent part time - 42 hours a fortnight. Working days are Monday - Wednesday (9:30am - 5:00pm)**
Your responsibilities may include:
- Conduct general administrative duties to support facility's day-to-day operation
- Assist with basic accounts and petty-cash handling
- Provide administrative support as needed to the roster coordinator
- A minimum of 2 year experience in office administration and rostering
- You are a team player, enjoy interacting with elderly people
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competent computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Great customer service with ability to perform tasks with minimum supervision
