**The Role**

We are currently seeking a Technical Services Support person to join our team in Malaga, WA. This is a hands-on, generalist role. A sound knowledge of pumps; small diesel engines and 12V control panels will give you a significant advantage.

Reporting to the Regional Manager West, you will be responsible for supporting the Operations team with technical assistance as well as project and product delivery.

Our customers are based at mine sites and large civil construction projects in WA. This is a Malaga based Monday to Friday role. Regular travel a couple of times per month is required in line with project needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Operations & Maintenance** - Responsible for operations and maintenance relating to Dust-A-Side Australia's storage & loadout facilities, fleet management, and deployed assets (predominantly pumps and fog cannons) at customer sites. Provide hands-on technical assistance to customers on a routine, and as-needed basis.
- **Operations - Project Supervision** - Effectively support customer site operations by ensuring that appropriate planning and communications are always in place.
- **WHSEQ & Compliance** - Support business to achieve WHSEQ & Compliance objectives.
- **Customer Service** - Build, maintain, and support positive customer relationships across all sites.

**What We Need**
- Trade or Technical Certificate.
- Forklift Licence.
- 3 + years in a similar operation.
- Current Driver’s License (HR advantageous).
- Certificate in Health & Safety Management and/or Training & Assessing (advantageous).
- Sound knowledge of pumps; small diesel engines and 12V control panels.
- Previous operations experience either in the process, civil, or resources sector.
- Ability to develop trust and build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to coordinate resources, troubleshoot, and problem solve.
- Computer skills - Microsoft 365.
