**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Provide technical support** and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- **Conduct thorough investigations** into product failures and deliver detailed reports.
- **Work closely with mine site** engineering and planning departments to manage and coordinate work teams and equipment.
- **Attend site shutdowns** to provide on-site support for Motion products.
- **Build and maintain** strong working relationships with your account base and Motion’s branch network.
- **Drive sales** and effectively promote Motion’s product and service offerings.
- **Represent the company** by participating in trade shows and expos.
- **Actively**pursue and submit cost-saving case studies for customers.

**Skills and Experience**:

- **Technical background** with experience in troubleshooting and product support.
- **Proven** ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.
- **Sales-driven mindset** with a focus on achieving targets and promoting product offerings.
- **Qualification**in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- Experience working in mining or heavy industry environments is **highly desirable**.
- **Excellent communication**:

- **A proactive approach** to problem-solving and delivering customer-focused solutions.
- **Willingness to travel** to customer sites as required.
