**TEAM MANAGER - PERTH SOUTH**
Are you ready to inspire, lead, and create magical moments for children? Happy Feet Fitness is seeking a _mature_, passionate and dedicated **Team Manager** to support and empower our talented instructors while ensuring our renowned program continues to shine.

Happy Feet Fitness is Australia’s largest children’s fitness and entertainment program, bringing smiles and movement to young hearts for over 17 years. Our mission is to provide magical, educational experiences that keep children engaged, active, and inspired.
**THE ROLE**
As Team Manager, you’ll lead a team of 16 exceptional Happy Feet instructors based south of the river, guiding them to deliver programs of the highest standard. This part-time role offers the perfect mix of autonomy, leadership, and connection for someone who thrives on helping others achieve their best while fostering meaningful relationships.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
**Team Leadership**:
- Lead with compassion, inspire with integrity, and support instructors to excel.
**Communication & Meetings**:
- Be available for team support ~3 hours/day, Monday to Friday.
- Host monthly in-person team meetings (Fridays, 12-2 PM).
- Conduct monthly team Zoom calls (~45 minutes).
- Participate in monthly leadership Zoom meetings (Mondays, 11:45 AM, ~2 hours).
**Training & Development**:
- Train and onboard new instructors.
- Assess class performance and provide tailored mentoring.
**Program Insight**:
- Optionally teach 1-2 classes weekly, with competitive earnings per class.
**Operational Duties**:
- Manage weekly prop reports and ensure equipment readiness.
- Grow Happy Feet by onboarding new centres and driving promotional efforts.
**National Engagement**:
- Attend a bi-annual 3-day management conference in Fremantle (fully catered with accommodation included).
