**The Role**:
Based in Melton, MPI Global is seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse and Logistics Manager to join them on a permanent full-time basis.
Working closely with the leadership team, you will be required to manage, mentor, and support a team of warehouse staff. You will oversee incoming and outgoing goods to ensure inventory is processed, organized, stored, and orders are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched. You will optimise the efficiency of the warehouse while ensuring adherence to regulations, policies, and procedures.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- To maintain a tidy, orderly work environment at all times
- To check and warehouse incoming goods on the day of arrival
- To pack and despatch orders, ensuring DIFOT measures are met.
- To perform all operations in an industrially safe and sound manner observing all legal safety requirements
- To do any other tasks required by the Branch Manager
- Work as an active team member to complete team goals

**What we're looking for**:

- Previous experience in warehousing and dispatch-related duties with a proven track record
- Training in relevant computer programs e.g., Sage ACT, Excel, Outlook
- Must have warehousing experience
- Must be computer literate to a reasonable degree of proficiency - all ERP records held in a computer database
- Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during the shift
- Physically able to lift to 20kgs or more
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be orderly and tidy
- Driver's license and Forklift License
- Minimum Year 12 Education Certificate
