About the RoleAs a Wholesale Account Manager, you will be an integral part of our Sales Team, working closely with quoting and administrative staff. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate relationships with our wholesale customers, ensuring the successful promotion and resale of Accumax products. With a focus on both existing and new customers, you'll be a driving force in maximizing opportunities and delivering exceptional value.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Nurture and manage a portfolio of wholesale customers across WA and SA.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic marketing briefs targeting the wholesale market.
- Utilize your keen understanding of customer needs to create win-win scenarios for both parties.
- Analyze sales data, trends, and performance to optimize portfolio management.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base.
- Ensure accurate and quality data compliance within the CRM system.
- Take an active role in maintaining a high level of service for our valued wholesale customers.
**To excel in this role, you should possess**:
- Proven B2B account management experience with a track record of successfully closing opportunities.
- Tertiary qualifications in commerce, risk management, sales, or related fields.
- Confidence, initiative, and a customer-centric approach in developing and maintaining relationships.
- Strong time management skills to autonomously manage workflows and priorities.
- Proficiency in interpreting sales data and preparing comprehensive reports.
- A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
- Attention to detail in maintaining accurate CRM records.
