**About the role**:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fun, collaborative team with an awesome culture, providing excellent customer service to all members.

**General duties include (but are not limited to)**:

- Data entry and reporting using the Membership CRM system 'Membes'
- Maintaining accurate contact records in CRM System, updating details, resetting member password and sending log in details
- Website administration, accepting and editing posts
- _Previous demonstrated experience in a similar role with high level administration and superb customer service skills_
- Highly proficient across technology and CRM Systems
- Great customer service skills, professional phone manner and initiative to follow up enquiries
- Excellent time management skills and highly organised
- High-level organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and use initiative within a changing environment
- _An animal lover, Coco the Cavoodle is the employee of the month_
