**Receptionist with a focus on Customer Service**

We are looking for a passionate **Receptionist** with a focus on **Customer Service**to join our team of 14 You will primarily be working alongside the front of house team which includes **Martine** our practice manager as well as **Ellen**, **Heaven, Kylie** and **Clarice** who are all part of our reception team. You would be working between our 2 thriving clinics in **Sippy Downs** and **Woombye**.

As a member of our reception team, you will play a vital role in ensuring each client receives a warm, positive, and seamless experience from the first moment they make contact with our clinics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist clients with a friendly, approachable demeanour.
- Schedule appointments and manage client bookings efficiently.
- Answer questions and provide accurate information about our services.
- Handle inquiries and resolve client concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area.
- Collaborate with the podiatry team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

**Experience**:

- Exceptional communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Previous customer service experience (experience in healthcare or wellness is a plus).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding client service.
- Confidence with computers and using technology
- training in practice management systems and software provided.
