APG is currently seeking an experienced Finance Officer Clerk for a 12-Month contract within a Sydney CBD Government Sector.
- **Pay Rate: $545 Per day + Super**:

- **8 hours per day - 40 hours per week**:

- **Sydney CBD Location**:

- **12 Month contract + Possibility of Extension**

**The Role**

As Funds Officer, you will work within the high performing team responsible for monitoring banking information/accounts, processing disbursements, overseas telegraphic transfers, bank transfers, remittance advices and preparing cashflow forecasts.

To be successful in this role, you will be a process-oriented person, motivated to actively support the team’s efforts to provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders. You are confident in your ability to work autonomously to strict deadlines in a fast paced environment as well as being a member of a supportive and collaborative team. Excellent attention to detail and strong administration skills are a must in this role as well as maintaining high level of confidentiality in dealing with sensitive issues and information.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to form effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Proven experience and commitment to delivering quality customer service in a high-volume processing environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing demands, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
- A proactive attitude with regards to looking for process improvements
- Experience with spreadsheets
- Experience with SAP
- Experience operating power BI reporting
- Exposure to infrastructure or construction project
