ABOUT THE ROLE.
The role of Finance officer Agency Credit Card requires you to be able to work with our Excel based automation system and ensure we are reconciling as many transactions as possible daily within this automation. You will be required to provide support to our operations team as well as external clients
regarding charges on the Agency Credit Cards & Chargeback Invoices. You will provide daily/weekly/monthly reporting tracking the progress of the Agency Credit Cards & Chargebacks. The role requires excellent time management and communication skills, a strong eye for detail and the ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision. The role supports the processing of large volumes of transactions, actively reviews, suggests, and implements improvements to existing processes whilst working with operational teams across the business. Meeting monthly deadlines is of up most importance to ensure the Finance Department is achieving its operational and strategic goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Adherence to systems and processes to ensure timely, error free project management.
- Work with our automated system at the manual touch points to ensure we are reconciling as
- many transactions as possible daily.
- Provide assistance to both internal and external clients.
- Compile daily/weekly/monthly reporting of the work done and what is still required.
- Maintenance of Ledgers within our accounting system.
- Ad Hoc duties and support as required.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Possess a strong and keen eye for detail
- Have the ability to work autonomously
- Have good time management skills
- Have the ability to process large volumes of transactions
- particular emphasis on Excel
- Accurate data entry and numeracy skills
