Finance Officer role available in Southbank. Leading Australian company
**Your new company**
This leading company that operates across Australian are seeking an experienced Finance Officer to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. This position will be based in their Southbank offices which has extensive lunch time eating options and is located close to public transport connections.
**Your new role**
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Creating purchase orders
- Processing of invoices
- Supplier reconciliations
- Liaising with suppliers
- Assisting preparing payments
- Liaise with various key stakeholders both internally and externally
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:
- Previous experience working in a medium to higher volume AP environment
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Experience working on various accounting systems
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes
- Excellent communication skills and be committed to providing excellent customer service
