Hays is partnering with a government
** **agency responsible for conducting electoral events, maintaining the Commonwealth electoral roll, and providing a range of electoral information to the Australian public. This fantastic agency is seeking an APS3 Finance Officer to join their team for a 3 month contract in their Brisbane CBD Offices.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will perform a wide variety of duties. You will be responsible for the following:

- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Credit card maintenance
- Managing invoice queries
- Assisting with producing reports

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:

- Previous experience working in a finance
- Ability to work well within a team
- Good communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
