Come join our Group Finance team as a Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable Officer on a 12 month fixed term contract As the Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be responsible for managing day to day transactions with some of our key clients.
Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:
- Vendors paid within trading terms- Timely reconciliation of large trading accounts- Daily reconciliation of bank accounts- Daily input of incoming funds- 12-24-hour response of Accounts queries in the accounts in box- Upkeep of accrual registers- Daily Cash flow preparation- Ad Hoc assistance with collection calling- Assist with end of month and year end reporting
What you will bring:
- 4 years’ experience in a similar finance role- Experience with ERP & Banking systems- Strong Microsoft office skills and the ability to quickly pick up new software- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Highly organised with high attention to details and accuracy- Ability to prioritise and balance several tasks and work within tight deadlines- Team player a must and ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion
