This is a highly rewarding and challenging role located within the vibrant Home & Land team in our Mount Waverley Head Office. Support our Sales team in the Coordination, Administration and Delivery of House & Land Packages. Sunday - Thurs, with 3 days in the office.

Reporting to the Sales & Brand Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Use of our automated software to accurately site up the home and ensure site costs are in line with statutory requirements & developer covenants
- Create House & Land packages across Greenfield Estates in ClickHome, in line with packaging directions
- Maintain House & Land internal workflow
- Monitor and report packaging status in conjunction with available land
- Identify solutions to achieve the package requests whilst complying with company design guidelines; and
- Maintain a thorough and current understanding of all relevant regulatory requirements; DA, CDC requirements and developer guidelines in relation to land development and residential construction

- A Genuine interest and passion for the Building, Construction & Property Industry, Essential
- Certification/Diploma in Building/Construction or equivalent, highly regarded
- Intermediate knowledge of construction processes and details
- Competent Microsoft Office suite computer skills, particularly in Excel
- Experience in either Land or Home sales, Real Estate, building or similar industry experience
- Experience in administration and customer service
- Meticulous nature who thrives in a fast paced environment with quick turnarounds
- Ability to manage high volumes of work and requests
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and time management skills
- Strong ability to work autonomously and take initiative; and
- Proactive and positive attitude

**This role requires a national police check to be undertaken on the successful applicant.**

Sunday to Thursday, with 3 days in the Office.
