We're looking for a Learning & Organisational Development Coordinator to assist the People & Experience team with the coordination and deployment of programs and initiatives. If you're passionate about helping organisations scale and transform learning and org development operations, then we'd love to speak to you.

**Please note**: this is a 12 month fixed term contract.

In part of this team of amazing humans,
- You will_
- Project manage the end-to-end deployment of learning and organisational development and D&I programs
- Lead the coordination of learning and event logistics (virtual and in-person)
- Liaise with and resource internal facilitators and external training providers
- Coordinate all participant processes (e.g. registrations, enrolments, attendance, evaluation)
- You have_
- Experience coordinating learning programs and initiatives
- Strong project management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence
- Ability to build and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors

- Flexible and adaptable in working in a fast-paced, growing scale-up
