
Manager, Regulatory and Specialist Compliance

**How you will make an impact**
- Provide input into supporting and coordinating all aspects of reporting into relevant governance reporting including Board, Advice Risk and Compliance Committee (ARCC) reporting.
- Contribute to and support complex breach assessments through the incident and breach process
- Work closely with Business Risk Partners to target emerging and/or high risks and issues in relation to specialist compliance
- Contribute to Specialist Compliance across the advice business in alignment with AMP Policy and Frameworks and engagement with group ERM functions, including Privacy and Conflicts of Interest
- Provide input into policies, processes, frameworks and governance forums related to specialist compliance within the Australian Wealth Management (AWM) - Advice business
- Support elements of delivery across Advice regulatory engagement activities including for example: contributing to the preparation and approach for direct regulatory engagement and the monitoring of, and fulfilment of, commitments previously given to regulators
**What you will bring to the role**
- Risk and Compliance experience in Financial Services, with exposure within Financial Advice either as a practitioner or technical specialist valued
- Capability and experienced to interrogate and report on complex current and historical incidents, issues and breaches
- Experience in drafting clear and comprehensive reports to compliance and business leadership which outline key findings, insights and recommendations
- Experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring the operation of risk management programs in the provision of specialist compliance
