**Your contribution**:
In the role of Project Analyst/Support, you will be responsible to provide support across a variety of project related activity within the _Digital Collaborations & Initiatives_ stream including organisation and documentation for meetings; delivery of specific project work packages, audits and maintaining asset registers; leading project sub-tasks; maintaining project documentation, dashboards and other project reports; and supporting the DC&I document library of templates.

Your duties will include (but are not limited to) the following:

- Support the EPMO team members in the delivery of portfolio projects.
- Participate in larger projects by managing components or sub-tasks of the overall project program as directed by the Director of DC&I (or delegate Program Manager / Project Manager).
- Be responsible for the delivery of project works packages as assigned.
- Assist in the documentation of task trackers and workshop action lists.

**About you**

What you will bring to this role:

- Demonstrated ability to provide coordination and administration project support to a team in delivering IMT Projects.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently without supervision, show initiative, work to deadlines and manage competing priorities.
- Demonstrated relationship management skills with customers, internal stakeholders, and external service providers.
- Good escalation skills - must know who to go to so that the problem can be solved by someone, if not themselves.
