**About the Role**:
We currently have an exciting 12-month fixed term opportunity for a highly motivated and engaged Compliance and Projects Analyst to join our team.
In this role you will responsible for the development and coordination of programs of work to deliver continuous improvement across all Revenue Management functions. This includes partnering with management of RMG projects, leading all regulatory and business audits, as well as ensuring all cyclical system and tariff updates are delivered on time.
Using your experience in Revenue Management systems and associated processes, this role has a key focus on improving processes, ensuring successful project coordination and delivery, and working as part of a team driven by customer focus and initiatives.
**What you’ll deliver**:
- Develop and coordinate a program of work to deliver continuous improvement of systems, process and performance across the Revenue Management Group
- Lead all compliance audits across Revenue Management, as well as coordinate projects, minor enhancements, defect resolution and annual system & tariff updates
- Manage the scheduled review of all written policies and processes, and provide ongoing review and advice on market rules and procedures
- Build effective working relationships with key internal stakeholders and suppliers, and effectively set and manage expectations, keeping stakeholders and third parties accurately informed
- Respond to external and internal customer enquiries and calls promptly, accurately and effectively
- Anticipate problems or opportunities that may have a significant impact on Revenue Management and use innovative, market compliant techniques for problem solving.
- Research, uncover and analyse information to ensure changes are implemented and ensure effective Reporting in a timely and accurate manner
**To succeed in this role, you’ll have**:
- Experience in a Business Analyst role and proficient in process mapping preferred
- Working knowledge of Revenue Management systems and associated processes and procedures, as well as detailed knowledge of State Based regulations & agreements relating to Meter Data Provider Accreditation, Network Billing & Credit Management
- Detailed understanding of industry file formats & specifications, CATS transactions, market system functionality and B2B communications and activities
- A relevant qualification, such as; Certificate III in Business, Business Administration, Technology, or demonstrated experience in a similar role/s.
- A strategic and lateral thinker with excellent analytical and proven problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated strong conflict management skills and ability to negotiate effectively with sound commercial outcomes
