Senior Project Analyst

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Analyst for a critical 6-month engagement (with potential for extension) to support a major, multi-year transformation program focused on Risk Excellence.

This high-profile role requires an outstanding communicator to provide essential support and drive key activities within the project streams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Support: Provide comprehensive support across the project lifecycle, assisting Project Managers and Program leadership wherever required.
  • Communication & Reporting: Drive high-quality status reporting, documentation, and communication across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
  • Risk & Governance: Assist in managing RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), monitor progress, and ensure adherence to program governance standards.
  • Proactive Engagement: Act as a proactive resource, identifying emerging issues and taking initiative to unblock team challenges.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience (5+ years preferred) as a Project Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role supporting large-scale transformation programs.
  • Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal), with a keen ability to articulate complex issues clearly.
  • Proactive and positive attitude, with a genuine eagerness to assist and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
  • Strong background in supporting project governance, reporting, and financial tracking.
  • Familiarity with project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Location

This role offers flexibility for candidates based in either Melbourne, VIC (preferred) or Sydney, NSW.
