**The Role**

We are currently seeking an energetic and experienced Program Manager to lead and drive our key digital & transformation projects. Sitting as part of our Senior Leadership Team and working directly with our Executive and Global Teams, this is a critical and highly valued position. Typical responsibilities include:

- Lead, coach and develop project delivery teams across Aus and NZ
- Manage program dependencies, key deliverables, and milestones, ensuring successful delivery and implementation
- Stakeholder engagement across multiple business areas including executive, operations and IT
- Champion and role model a delivery excellence culture
- Design and shape our project delivery ways of working
- Some travel on an as needs basis will be required

- Proven experience in project portfolio management from small to large projects and programs of work ($2m+).
- Advanced Project Management expertise in Waterfall, Agile and “WAGILE”
- Experience effectively managing through large-scale change
