Your role:

As Senior Brand Manager for our Sealants portfolio, you'll plan and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns that directly influence category participation, drive consumer engagement, and strengthen brand equity. This ANZ-focused role is critical to supporting long-term growth in profitability and market share, working closely with the Marketing Manager, SAF.

You'll take ownership of brand and portfolio strategy, manage complex product categories, and collaborate across functional teams to deliver flawless execution of key projects. This role requires a blend of marketing expertise, commercial acumen, and technical curiosity—ideal for someone who thrives on both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead brand planning, strategy development, and identify product innovation opportunities.
• Manage a diverse product portfolio across multiple subcategories with clear prioritization.
• Oversee project planning and ensure on-time, high-quality execution of initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver outcomes and influence decisions.
• Own P&L accountability, including budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance.

• Strong marketing background, ideally within large retail brands.
• Proven expertise in brand and portfolio management with strong project leadership.
• Commercial acumen with a track record of delivering profitable outcomes.
• Technical curiosity with the ability to understand product usage and manufacturing processes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex environments.
