Comfab Products is an Australian owned business that has been manufacturing and distributing access panels to the construction industry for over 32 years.

We have an exciting, new opportunity for a motivated and reliable Internal Sales Administrator to join our team. With an immediate start date, the position is full time and office based, in Noble Park, from 8.00am - 4.30pm.

Following full training, your responsibilities will include delivering outstanding service and tailored product solutions to our existing customer base and managing customer interactions end to end; including processing orders and quotations. You will be an all-rounder who can assist with a range of duties.
- As the Internal Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for: _
- Order entry and invoicing
- Preparing quotations
- Assisting with purchasing of stock and consumables
- Supporting the Managing Director and sales team as required
- Working alongside the warehouse and manufacturing team to ensure timely supply and delivery of orders
- Conducting day to day general administrative tasks
- To be successful in this role, you will have the following attributes: _
- Exceptional customer service and clear communication skills
- Administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. _MYOB experience desirable but not essential_
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Motivated self-starter
- The ability to multi task in a busy environment
- A can-do attitude

**Salary**: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Overtime pay
