This hybrid 3 day a week role is more than administrative; it’s vital to our groundbreaking program that supports youth and their families. With a base salary of $66K (pro rata) plus super and attractive salary packaging. We’re looking for a passionate individual to join our Multisystemic Therapy team.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Data Management: Collect and enter client data accurately.
- Reporting: Prepare clear and impactful reports and presentations.
- Support: Provide essential administrative support to keep the team running smoothly.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients professionally and compassionately.
- Confidentiality: Uphold high standards of confidentiality and integrity.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Experience in administration or a relevant qualification (Cert IV/Diploma in Business Admin or higher).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with client databases (advantageous).
- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and driver’s license.
- Willingness to undergo a Criminal Records Check.
