**YOUR ROLE**

Step into this consultant role and support the execution of the leadership development (manager & below) strategy that aligns to the people strategy. The role is integral to building a performance culture, working in alignment with Executive Leadership and Future Workforce Capability to build a performance culture and adaptive leaders who are ready for anything.

You will be responsible for leading the design, development and delivery of leadership and talent development programs and learning experiences within IAG.

Critical to your success in this role, you will have experience and an understanding in designing end-to-end leadership development.

This role is a permanent role and can be based in any major city across Australia or New Zealand.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience designing and delivering leadership and organisational development programs and initiatives
- Strong behavioural facilitation and consulting skills
- Strong project management experience, change management and stakeholder relationships
- Ability to draw data insights and make data-informed decisions
- Proven ability to design and develop integrated eco-system solutions
- Ability to communicate effectively and interact with executive leadership level
- Comfortable in fast-paced environment, able to manage priorities and attention to detail
- Strong partnering skills to build effective working relationships and assimilate information efficiently at all levels
- Commercially minded, proven analytical skills and ability to think broadly to develop solutions
- Tertiary qualification/s in /OD/Organisational Psychology, Learning & Development or related discipline is desire
