**Role**:

- We have several work patterns available including;
- **38 hour work week Monday
- Friday 8/8:30am-4:30/5pm**:

- **Weekend work available and flexible for students**:

- **Additionally penalty rates**
- Opportunity to earn additional income based on your performance
- Take inbound customer calls and partner referrals
- Liaise with insurers to confirm accident liability and policy obligations on a claim
- Make outbound calls to customers and stakeholders
- Work with our customers and insurers to make liability decision

**Qualifications, skills and experience**:

- Previous experience in a customer focused role (however not necessary if you have the right attitude)
- Ability to connect with customers and lead the conversation to the right solution.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Time management skills
