**About The Role**

We have a 6-month fixed-term engagement for a Project Coordinator within our EAS (Emergency Alert Systems) team based in Heatherton.

The EAS Project Coordinator provides critical operational support to the Project Manager and is a key element of the project installation and commissioning process.

The position manages the vital daily liaison activities between the field teams and the NOC (Network Operations Centre). It also co-ordinates the Travel Plan processes.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Assist in the preparation of the daily site activities
- Provide single point of contact for outage escalations from field teams and the NOC to the Field Manager
- Manage and co-ordinate field team travel plan preparation and the approval process
- Preparation of installation progress summaries for the web reporting portal
- Prepare and distribute weekly progress reports on installation, commissioning and cut-over activities
- As-Build Documentation verification & management
- Ensure compliance with all internal as well as external policies and procedures as well as adherence to all standards and regulation
- Raise, Receipt and Manage POs as well as incoming invoices
- Monitor the weather forecasts and assist the Field Manager prepare contingency plans for severe weather and Total Fire Ban days

**About You**

Ideally you will have qualifications in Business Administration/Analysis or Project Management or similar with experience working in a similar role.

You will also have experience and skills in:

- A demonstrated ability to achieve targets
- Experience in day to day project financial management support activities (eg. raising purchase requisitions, processing invoices, recording financial data etc)
- Sub-Contractor management
