**The role**:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Leasing Executive to support one of our well-esteemed client’s portfolio at JLL.

In this role, you will manage property leasing functions across the client’s diverse portfolio with a predominant focus on Commercial, Offices and Industrial assets.

This role will be based on-site in the Client’s office in either Melbourne or Sydney CBD with hybrid work arrangements.

**Snapshot of the roles**:

- Consolidate market research reports
- Perform lease abstraction and database management
- Generate critical date reports for property portfolio
- Prepare work in progress reports
- Review lease documentation as needed
- Support senior team members on property transactions
- Coordinate portfolio activities
- Prepare cash flow analyses for business cases

**Requirements**:

- Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
- Tertiary qualification in Real Estate, Property, Business or equivalent will be an added advantage
- Experience in tenant representation and/or leasing
- Strong data management abilities
- Contract interpretation skills
- Excellent prioritization within tight deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and financial analysis
- Experience with lease administration systems preferred
