Leasing Executive

**The role**:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Leasing Executive to support one of our well-esteemed client’s portfolio at JLL.
In this role, you will manage property leasing functions across the client’s diverse portfolio with a predominant focus on Commercial, Offices and Industrial assets.
This role will be based on-site in the Client’s office in either Melbourne or Sydney CBD with hybrid work arrangements.
**Snapshot of the roles**:
Consolidate market research reports
Perform lease abstraction and database management
Generate critical date reports for property portfolio
Prepare work in progress reports
Review lease documentation as needed
Support senior team members on property transactions
Coordinate portfolio activities
Prepare cash flow analyses for business cases

**Requirements**:
Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
Tertiary qualification in Real Estate, Property, Business or equivalent will be an added advantage
Experience in tenant representation and/or leasing
Strong data management abilities
Contract interpretation skills
Excellent prioritization within tight deadlines
Proficient with Microsoft Office and financial analysis
Experience with lease administration systems preferred
