**What this opportunity involves**:
Due to growth within our client based retail and commercial business, we are seeking a full time Leasing Executive to join the team on a fixed term contract for 6 months. In this role, you will effectively manage an assigned client leasing portfolio to achieve agreed targets. You will also develop experience and expertise to engage in longer more complex transactions.

Here is what a snapshot of the role looks like, including but not limited to the following:
Real Estate Transaction Services & Property Management
Leases (mainly lease renewals)
Market Based Rent Reviews
Lease Renewals & Options
Prepare and submit reports on lease renewals, closures, market rent reviews and options
Sub Leasing & Early Surrender
General property management matters
Review and drive cost optimisation initiatives and results
Property closure and make good management when required
Lease & Owner Administration, Financial Management of sites, Reporting, Team and Process Management
Other tasks as required

You will be confident in your own abilities and will pride yourself on building relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You will adopt a hands-on approach to problem solving and can juggle multiple priorities and conflicting deadlines. You will support a collaborative work environment to the team and all levels of the business and help promote continuous improvement and success. Along with your tertiary education (preferred) in property, you will have a general understanding of retail property. A Certificate of Registration is mandatory.

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 2 years’ experience in you may have come from a similar role as Leasing Executive or Lease Transactions with property management experience desired but not essential
