Your new role
As a Leasing Executive, you'll be directly involved in securing new leasing opportunities and driving portfolio performance across high-quality healthcare and commercial properties. Working closely with senior leadership, you will:
• Manage and negotiate lease agreements across a diverse asset portfolio.
• Build long-term client and tenant relationships with key operators and professionals.
• Work on 20–25 deals per year, driving outcomes that support growth targets.
• Gain exposure to landmark projects across metropolitan Melbourne and beyond. This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, motivated, and eager to make their mark in the property industry.
What you'll need to succeed
We're looking for candidates who bring a positive, driven attitude above all. Whether you have 1–2 years' experience or are an emerging property professional, you will stand out if you are:
